Huge and INCREDIBLE hotel in the center of the city. Very very good breakfast with pastries, lovely fresh bread - well worth the money.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and modern and I appreciate the free WiFi

Wonderful healthy and indulgent choices for breakfast. We also appreciated the wooden floors in the guest rooms = no trapped dust, etc. The (free!) internet worked perfectly.
The arrangements for hanging clothing in our room (221) did not work - the clothes kept falling off. Rooms need proper closets.

Reasonably large room with big bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Favourable location - minutes from Oceania. Walking distance to main shopping street and a shopping street across the street.

the service in the restaurant, the hotel and it's location
The room was really small compared to what we have had before to that price

Hotel is in great position, staff are lovely and beds are very comfy, Fantastic choice at breakfast.
The room was very very hot and we had to open a window to let some fresh air in. Unfortunately I was attacked by a mosquito during the night who enjoyed biting my back 12 times!

central hub for city strolls and nearby attractions
I enjoyed my stay with a great breakfast to kick off my mornings and found myself just a short walk from the beautiful Hans Christian Andersen's Childhood Home and St Alban's Church, made exploring the city a delight.

Spacious room. An exiting mix of modern furnishing and a more than century old building. Very well situated between the railway station and downtown shopping areas.
The hotel had not received my reservation from Booked.net. Luckily there were vacant rooms in the hotel, though. Ventilation/aircondition could be more efficient. The only way of getting fresh air was to open the window. Restaurant was not open on Sundays.

The hotel was located in the very centre of Odense which was perfect for our needs as there was plenty to do both in the daytime and evening. We hired a car from the airport and the hotel were very helpful with the car parking facility which was just over the road. The only downside of having a car, if you plan to go on regular trips to Copenhagen, is the cost of the bridge at dkk220 each way. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious and well stocked, offering a wide selection of food to accommodate most tastes.

We loved the fine historic architecture and the hotel's central location. It, especially with young kids. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a delicious variety that kept us fueled for our day of sightseeing around town.
My kids wished there were more accessible facilities for strollers. It was tough navigating the stairs with the baby stroller .
